Lynn has also received professional training and is being certified in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté and Energy Medicine with Alberto Villoldo. Her purpose and passion lie in helping others find grace, dignity, and healing within their dying process. Lynn's extensive experience and compassionate nature make her a trusted guide for individuals and families navigating the sacred journey of end-of-life care.

Lynn's dedication to learning and have discussions around death and dying led her to organize the "Art of Dying Conference" for Tibet House US, starting in 2010, and continued for many years after. With her commitment to creating a space for open dialogue and exploration, Lynn has facilitated meaningful conversations on death, grief, and spiritual practices.

In 2019, Lynn pursued certification as a Death Doula with the Inelda organization. Recognizing the importance of continuous growth, she further enhanced her expertise by undertaking additional doula training in 2022 under the guidance of Henry Fersko-Weiss, the founder of Inelda.

In addition to her involvement in end-of-life care, Lynn has made a significant impact in the healing field and has cultivated relationships with indigenous communities around the world over the past 25 years. She played a pivotal role in initiating the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers' original gathering, a groundbreaking initiative that honors and preserves indigenous Grandmother’s wisdom.

Lynn has worked for Tibet House US for over 20 years. As the managing director of Menla, Lynn continues to embrace her commitment to holistic well-being.

She also co-founded the Floresta Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sustaining the planet and its inhabitants. Through the Floresta Project, she fosters connections between indigenous and native communities, empowering them with resources that promote self-reliance and sustainability.

Currently, Lynn is undergoing a year-long training in compassionate inquiry which is a professional course created by Gabor Maté and his team. Her purpose and passion lie in helping others find grace, dignity, and healing within their dying process.
